We are very strongly committed to protecting our customers' personal information. It is our intent to keep it confidential and secure.

Contact information is stored electronically and on paper, on the premises. It is never entered onto our website.

Credit card information is stored on paper only, and is destroyed after statement reckoning.

Access to our customer credit card information is limited strictly to our employees.

Access to contact information is generally limited to our employees, with 2 exceptions.

• We provide our vendor with names and addresses to produce labels or addressed envelopes for our advertising mailers.
• We may at some point in the future consider renting our customer mailing list.
  

Regarding rental of our mailing list: We would consider renting our customer list only to advertise a quality product or service related specifically to pain management, which we thought might be of interest and value to our customers.

Any customer can at any time request that their contact information not be included for renting.

Note: For our advertising mailings, we rent lists from hospice and pain management organizations. Often when you receive an advertising mailing from us, you are not on our own customer mailing list.
