If
you need assistance downloading one of our
PDF documents, here's more information.
What
is a PDF document?
"PDF"
stands for portable document format,
a handy online tool for downloading, viewing
and printing documents in their intended
format. To download, view or print any PDF
document you need a program from Adobe Systems
called Acrobat Reader. Most computers
today have this program pre-installed.
Getting
Acrobat
But if you do not have Acrobat Reader
already, or do not have the latest version,
you can get it free by clicking this Acrobat
logo:

Clicking
the logo above should open a separate window
in your browser, making it easy to return
to this page when you are finished. However,
on some older browsers this may not work.
If the above link does not work, click
here to
go directly to the Adobe download site (this
page will then change to the Adobe page).
When you are done downloading Acrobat, you
can use your browser's "back"
button to return to this page.
Downloading
PDF Documents from Our Website
After clicking the PDF link above you
will either download the PDF document directly
to your hard drive, or you will see it in
your browser window. If it downloads directly
to your hard drive, simply open it as you
would any other file. If it appears in your
browser, you can print and/or save the document
by clicking the appropriate icons in your
browser window.
