NOTE:
Previous customers who have the 2002 version:
The
updated version is still 8 pages and essentially the same format
as the 2002 version, except for pages 4 &5. The adjuvant section
has been completely revised to accomodate new information on neuropathic
pain. Two pearls were deleted, and several were changed. There are
several additions of drugs, brands, formulations and dosages. The
2002 version is still accurate, and can be used with confidence.

here for more detailed information on the changes in the new edition.
NOTE:
Previous customers who have the 1999 version:
The 2004 version incorporates the 4 pages with the How to Use
BPM document, and then adds 2 more pages. The analgesic chart
is now 2 pages and the NSAID chart is a full page. There are 15
additional pearls, and more adjuvant meds. The Pros and Cons page
is essentially unchanged. There are a few changes in the nausea chart.
This document is still accurate and can be used with confidence.
